A 17-YEAR-OLD Zimbabwean schoolboy has been slapped with a one-year jail term for having sex with a dog, a newspaper reported.
The boy who was shortly due to write his Ordinary Level exams said he “just wanted to experiment”, the Herald newspaper reported on Wednesday.
“I admit to being intimate with the dog,” the boy said of his neighbour’s pet.

Meanwhile another Chitungwiza man has been jailed for 17 years for raping his 14-year-old daughter across several months.
The abuse began in March this year and stretched up to September 29 at the family’s Unit N house, when the man was arrested.
The girl’s mother died in 1995 and she was left in the father’s custody, Chitungwiza regional magistrate Temba Kuwanda heard.
Handing down sentence, Kuwanda told the man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the child: "At the age of 61, one is expected to lead by example and to behave as a real elderly man. In society, the elderly are respectable and viewed as sources of good morals, but you decided to betray the trust.
"According to the doctor’s report, the girl lost virginity as a result of the abuse. She was heavily traumatised considering that the father was her only surviving parent.
"Moral blameworthiness was very high in the circumstances and a lengthy custodial sentence would meet the injustice of the case.”
